- Pat, The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has reviewed your submittal of GLEP-00009-R - GLOBAL LASER ENRICHMENT SPPP Rev. 17, for Approval via letter (GLE-2018-0047) dated July 18, 2018 (Non-public Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession Number ML18206A540). The submittal contains sufficient information to conduct a formal review. We anticipated the review can be completed within 12 staff hours which will be charged to Cost Activity Code (CAC) Number 000225/07007016/L-2018-SPR-0003. Based on our preliminary evaluation and projection of current schedules, we anticipate completing our formal review by September 28, 2018.
