APPOINTMENT OF PERRY BUCKBERG AS THE AGENCY 2.206 PETITION COORDINATOR This memorandum is provided as notification that I have appointed Mr. Perry Buckberg as the agencys coordinator of petitions submitted under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 2.206, Requests for action under this subpart (the Agency 2.206 Petition Coordinator). In accordance with Management Directive 8.11, Review Process for 10 CFR 2.206 Petitions, the Director, Division of Licensing Project Management in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) had the responsibility to appoint the Agency 2.206 Petition Coordinator. The Director, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing now retains this responsibility. Mr. Buckberg actively began work as the Agency 2.206 Petition Coordinator effective May 13, 2018, and also serves as the Office Petition Coordinator for NRR.
