Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is for Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) staff to discuss with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff its planned license amendment request for Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 3 and 4 to remove the Transition License Condition pertaining to the Flowserve RCP Seal Topical Report and make the associated probabilistic risk assessment change.
