endix I Evaluation In, accordance with 10 CFR 50.30, Florida Power 6 Light Company submits herewith forty (40) copies and three (3) signed originals of its evaluation of Turkey Point Plant's compliance with the Staff's design objectives for controlling reactor effluents from light-water-cooled nuclear power reactors.

The

~ guidelines of Regulatory Guides 1.109,'1.110, 1.111, and 1.112 have been used as the basis for this docu-ment.

Our calculations and our conclusion that Turkey Point Plant Unit Nos..

3 and 4 are,

indeed, in'compliance with Appendix I to 10 CFR 50, are supported by the inputs generated from these guidelines.

Our Technical Specifications to implement Section V.B.2 of

'Appendix I have been prepared and are being submitted to the Commission, as

a. separate packet.
