50-250 and 50-251 INSPECTIONS OF SAFETY RELAT"D HYDRAULIC PIPE RESTRAINTS The subject inspections were completed on July 26, 1976 in accordance with the continuing requirements of the Directorate of Licensing letter dated November 8, 1973.

All safety related hydraulic pipe restraints located outside the Unit 3 and Unit 4 containments were in satisfactory condition.
