1'lorida Power 6 Light Company hereby submits fifteen (15) copies of a summary technical report on the results of Turkey Point reactor vessel surveillance capsule fracture toughness tests.

The report is being submitted in accordance with 10CFR Part 50, Appendix H (Reactor Vessel Material Surveillance Program Requirements) and Regulatory Guide 10.1 (Compilation of Report-ing requirements for Persons Subject to NRC Regulations).

The present report includes the Capsule T Analysis, Accident Analysis,. Fracture Analysis and resultant Heatup/Cooldown Curves for Unit 3. It also contains the Capsule T Analysis and resultant Heatup/Cooldown Curves for Unit 4.

Additional reports are being prepared by our NSSS vendor to summarize the Fatigue Analysis for Unit 3 and the Fatigue Analysis, Accident Analysis, and Fracture Analysis for Unit 4.

When we have received and completed our review of these additional reports, they will be forwarded to your office.

The Heatup/Cooldown Curves for both Units were previously submitted to your staff in our letter L-76-199 dated May 21, 1976 (Proposed Amendment to Facility Operating Licenses DPR-31 and DPR-41).
