Request to Conduct Dye Penetrant Test on Turkey Point Un'i't' Safe Ends '(Docket Nos.
- 50250, 50251)
As per your request, of July 23rd 1975 we have discussed the dye penetrant testing of all primary loop safe ends on Turkey Point Unit No.
3 with our out'side vendor to determine the'easibility of such a test.
It appears that we can per-form the, requested inspection and will attempt to do so when Unit 3 is. down for refueling in the fall of 1975.
We can'ot be sure that all areas to be dye penetrate tested will be accessible until the unit is shut down.
