Change 25 to the Technical Specifications revised the reporting time zrame from semi-annual to annual.
This report satisfies the old. requirements of superseded Technical Specification 6.6.1.a.(3).
Future reports will be in the form of an Annual Operating Report in compliance with current Technical Speci ica-tion 6.9.1.b.
