This submittal supplem'ents our September 6,
1974 submittal in which we proposed changes to the.Technical Specifications (Appendix 'A of
.the Facility Operating Licenses) implementing the ECCS Final Acceptance Criteri,a (FAC}.
We are submitting this request based on additional information whi,ch Florida PoWer s Light Company received from the reactor Vendor concerning the FAC analyses, Thyrse analyses show that the safety i,njection system accumulator water volume must to i,ncreased from the'resent.
minimum, of 775 cubic feet. to 825 cubi,c feet.-
We have not changed the'res'ent Technical Specification accumulator water volume diffegence of 16 cubic feet between the'ower'nd upper Technical Speci,fi,cation limits, therefore, the 'upper limit must be i,ncreased to 841 cubi;c feet, However, thi's volume difgeren'ce is subject, to change following further review and analysi,s, To fully comply with the FAC analyses we are requesting the above mentioned, cha'nges to the attached revised Page 3.4-1 of the Technical Specifi,cations (Appendix A og the Facility Operating Li,censes),
