Enclosed are ten (10) copies (with an additional 10 copies to be forwarded next week) of "A Summary Report of the Turkey Point Cooling Canal System."
As you are aware, under the Final Judgement Civil -*
Action No, 70-328-CA, Florida Power
& Light Company is required by Section XV 13 to submit a report specifying the results of trial operation and testing of the final cooling system.
The report satisfies this requirement and is being distributed to alltcon-.
cerned federal, state and local agencies.

Florida Power 6 Light Company naturally will continue to monitor.'he operation of the closed cooling canal system, and will report this to AEC in accordance with the requirements established by the Environmental Tech Specs.
