Enclosed are ten (10) copies (with an additional 10 copies to be forwarded next week) of "A Summary Report of the Turkey Point Cooling Canal System."
As you are aware, under the Final Judgement Civil -*
Action No, 70-328-CA, Florida Power
& Light Company is required by Section XV 13 to submit a report specifying the results of trial operation and testing of the final cooling system.
The report satisfies this requirement and is being distributed to alltcon-.
cerned federal, state and local agencies.
