In accordance with its obligation to inform the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) of potentially relevant developments in a timely fashion, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff (Staff) hereby notifies the Board that it anticipates publishing the draft SE no later than September 2018. In its January 31, 2018 hearing file update and notification to the Board, the Staff stated that it anticipated publishing a draft SE in August 2018 and final SE in December 2018. There has been no change to the anticipated publication date of the final SE. The Staff will provide an update should the projected publishing dates change.
