Dear Mr. Tarver,

On behalf of th~ U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), I am responding to your letter dated June 12, 2018, in which you appealed the agency's decision related to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request NRC-2018-000361, which was seeking access to documents prepared in connection with the 30th session of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)which was held on Aprll 21-23, 2009, in Antalya, Turkey (NRC-2018-000361)

Specifically, you appealed the adequacy of search.

  • Acting on your appeal, I have reviewed the records for this case and have confirmed that there
  • were no participants at the meeting and no NRC records that are responsive to your request.

As stated in our final response to NRC-2018-000361 to.you, the scope of this request does not fall within NRC's responsibilities. Therefore, I have denied your appeal.
