Request for Withdrawal of Submittal dated June 20. 2018 Via Reference (1 ), SHINE Medical Technologies, Inc. (SHINE) submitted meeting slides to support a June 28, 2018 public meeting between SHINE and the NRC staff. SHINE determined that the proprietary markings of the meeting slides required revision, and resubmitted meeting slides with appropriate proprietary markings via Reference (2). Therefore, SHINE hereby requests the NRC withdraw the submittal of meeting slides provided via Reference (1 ).
