This work will be performed in accordance with the NRC/DOE Memorandum of Understanding dated November 24, 1998 and adheres to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.002. To the best of our knowledge, the work requested will not place the DOE/NNSA and its contractor in direct competition with the domestic private sector.
