'Gentlemen:
On October 15,
- 1975, we transmitted to you the Startup Test Report for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Unit No. 1.
The number of copies sent to you and others in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission were as required by Regulatory Guide 10.1.
Regulatory Guide. 1.16 requires that supplementary reports be submitted every three months until the completion of the startup test program.
Since there vere five tests that vere not completed and included in the Startup Test Report dated October 15, 1975, we are hereby informing you of our
.progress over the past three months.
We completed one of the five remaining tests
,"Shutdown Prom
.Hot Shutdown Panel" (Startup Test Aeport Section 7.5.1),
on October 11, 1975.
A draft of the test report for this test has been prepared by the plant staff and revieved by our engineering department.
Comments are being incorporated and the report itself will be transmitted
. to you shortly.

G. Keppler January 15, 1976 None'of the other four tests have been conducted yet. It is anticipated that several of them will be conducted after a number of required modifications are made.
These modifi'cations are now scheduled for completion during an April 1976 outage.
