'o In our October 15, 197$ letter to you, we transmitted a report entitled, "Axial Power Distribution Monitoring System Experience and Peaking Factor Determination at the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Unit No. 1."

Forty (40) copies of Addendum No. 1,Section III C are hereby transmitted to you.

This Addendum dated December 31,- 1975, covers the results of the Augmented Start-up Program Physics Tests conducted during November 1975.

The results of the load follow test demonstrate the ability to follow programmed load changes during which peaking factors are maintained essentially constant at their steady-state values.

The special hot channel factor surveillance test demonstrates the operator's ability to quickly and easily return the axial offset to within the target band..
