Operating License DPR-58 Docket No. 50-315 This is to confirm our verbal report to NRC RO: III Inspector, Mr. K.R. Baker, of April 22, 1976.

At that time we reported that auxiliary feed water valve fMO-Zll was found to be installed with flow in the wrong direction.

A review of the consequences of this condition indicated that there were no adverse effects to the public health and safety.'ie are continuing our investigation and will submit a formal report by t'lay 6, 1976, as requi red by Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regulatory Guide 1.16, Revision 4, Section 2.a.
