Dear Mr. Rusche:
In our February 8, 1977 letter, we informed you that we would provide a report of the complete results of our findings concerning the inspection of the broken control rod cluster assembly R-43.
The NRC Staff's Report to the ACRS dated December 14, 1976 requested that we submit a report of our findings within 60 days following the startup of Unit l.
With this letter we are transmitting three copies of the inspection report on the damaged RCC assembly.-entitled "Inservice Inspection Report of Damaged RCC Assembly at Donald C. Cook Unit 1 Nuclear plant."
This report provides the complete results of the visual examination of the damaged.
RCC Assembly R-43 from core location E-3.
