The report shall be submitted on a monthly ba is to the Office of Inspection and Enforcement, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Na hington, D.CD 20555, with a copy to the Regional Office, to arrive no 3.ater than the tenth of each month following. tne calendar month covered by the report.

A single submittal may be made for. a multiple unit station.

The submittal should combine those sections that are common to a3.3. units at the station.
