In response to your recent letter concerning endorsements to these policies:

1. Enclosed find copies of our letters of March 15, 1976, addressed to Jerome Saltzman, Chief of your Group, wherein we forwarded copies of the applicable 1976 Advance Premium and Standard Premium endorsements for each policy. For your reference, we are also enclosing a copy of each endorsement.
2. Enclosed find eight copies of Endorsement Number 13 for Policy No. NF 206 and eight copies of Endorsement Number 14 for Policy No. MF 79.
3. We are requesting our broker to forward copies of the other endorsements, which you requested for both policies, direct to you.

b. STANDARD PREMIUM AHD RESERVE PREMIUM: In the absence of a change in the Advance Premium indicated above, it is agreed that, subject to the pro-visions of the Industry Credit Rating Plan, the Standard Premium is said Advance Premium and the Reserve Premium is: $ ,172 019.00
2. It is agreed that with respect to bodily injury or property damage caused, during the effective period of this endorsement, by 'the nuclear energy hazard:
a. The word "companies" wherever used in the policy means the sub-set'ibing companies listed on the reverse side of this endorsement.
b. The poli.cy shall- be binding on such companies only.
c. Each such company shall be liable only for its proportion of any obligation assumed or expense incurred under the policy because of such bodily injury or property damage as designated on the reverse side of this endorsement.

3 . It is agreed that the effective period of this endorsement is to the close of December .31st of the Calendar Year designated in. the caption above, or to the time of th'e termination or cancelation of the policy, if sooner.
