Dear Mr. Rusche:
Section V.B. of 10 CFR 50, Appendix I required that, we submit such information as is necessary to evaluate the ability of the Cook Nuclear plant to 'keep levels'of radioactive effluents to unrestricted areas "As Low As Is Reasonably Achievable .
A letter was received from Mr. R. C. DeYoung, dated February 23, 1976, which provided guidance for licensees who must file the information described above.
Our lettexs of June 4, and Septembex 2,
1976 provided the information requested in Enclosures 1 and 2 of Mr. DeYoung's letter except for a contour map of the site and surrounding area to a radius of ten miles, as required by item 8 of Enclosure
- 2. It was indicated that this would be forwarded separately.
Such a map was forwaxded to the NRC but was probably misplaced due to lack of reference with, or on, the map to the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant.
Attached is a replacement map to complete our submittal required by Appendix I.
