Dear Mr. Keppler:
Operating License DPR-58 Docket No. 50-315 This is to confirm our verbal report to NRC RO: III Inspector,;Mr.
K.R. Baker, on June ll, 1976.
In that conversation we reported that Radiation Monitor R-19 was out of service while blowing down the
'team generator during moisture car'ryover testing.
Grab samples were taken but the blowdown demineralizers were not placed i,nnservice in violation of Appendix B Technical Specifications Section 2.4.2.g.
A complete report will be submitted within 7 days as required by Appendix B Technical Specification Section 5.4.2.1.
