This letter is to confirm our verbal report to NRC RO: III Inspector, Mr. K.R. Baker, at approximately 1700 hours0.0197 days <br />0.472 hours <br />0.00281 weeks <br />6.4685e-4 months <br /> on May 11, 1976; At that-time we reported that we were experiencing unusual quadrant Power Tilt Ratios.
Preliminary indications are that a portion of one control rod has not moved with the remainder of the control rod.
We are continuing our investigation and will submit a formal report by May 25,
