Dear Mr. Keppler:
Operating License DPR-58 Docket No. 50-315 This is to confirm our verbal report to NRC RO: III Inspector, Mr. K.R. Baker, of April 22, 1976.
At that time we reported that auxiliary feed water valve FMO-211 was found to be installed with flow in the wrong direction.
A review of the consequences of this condition indicated that there were no adverse effects to the public health and safety.
We are continuing our investigation and will subm'it a formal report by May 6,
- 1976, as required by Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regulatory Guide 1.16, Revision 4, Section 2.a.
