Request for Additional Information - Triple, Inc., DBA NixonGood morning Mr. Ring, This e-mail is in response to your request for inactivation of registration certificate NR-1412-D-101-E and termination of exempt distribution license 04-352490-01E, dated June 22, 2018.In reviewing your request, we find that additional information is required to complete our review. The questions are listed below. 1. Please confirm that Triple, Inc. DBA Nixon will no longer commercially distribute its tritium watches that are currently authorized for distribution by the NRC.
- 2. Please confirm that no changes were made to the watches since your last amendment.
- 3. As required by 10 CFR 32.25(c)(4)(ii), please submit a report for the current calendar year for those watches containing tritium that were distributed in 2018.
If you intend to submit the information to us via email, the information should be submitted in an official company letter as an attachment to an e-mail. Please submit the requested information within 30 calendar days of the date of this email. If we have not rece ived the complete information within 30 days, we will consider your amendment request as having been abandoned by you. This is without prejudice to the submission of a complete new amendment request.
