MEMORANDUM TO FILE REGARDING APRIL 26, 2017, AND MARCH 21, 2018, TRIBAL OUTREACH LETTERS AND JUNE 26, 2018 FEDERAL REGISTER NOTICE OUTREACH LETTERS On April 26, 2017, and March 21 2018, the Agreement State Programs Branch of the Division of Materials Safety, Security, State, and Tribal Programs conducted outreach with Tribes, in the form of letters, regarding information on the proposed Agreement under Section 274b. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the AEA), where the State of Wyoming would assume authority to regulate source material involved in the uranium milling process and the disposal of wastes produced from the process. On June 26, 2018, the Agreement State Programs Branch provided Letters to the tribes with interests in Wyoming notifying them of the release of the FRN (Package: ML18155a591). The enclosure to this memorandum contains the recipient tribe, tribal contact, and the (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
