PUBLICATION DATE: 3/30/2018 CITATION# 83 FR 13802 There's no sane reason to move Nuclear Waste threw Communities or across the Country. Putting our Environment, People, Food Supply, Water Supply is too high a risk. The Casks need to be made much much stronger than reported. DRY Casks need to be implemented and not moved from any sight to another. CASKS NEED TO REMAIN IN PLACE. Investing in knowledge from other Countries and utilizing that knowledge to safely store Nuclear Waste IN PLACE is a safer option.
