Another GNF-A Board resolution is expected to approve the three new (excluded) GNF-A board members, so we may submit both changes at once in a week or two.
We are off on 7/4 as a holiday, but production activities continue.

Good morning Scott.
I have to tell you, working through this FOCI submittal has been a revelation to the work that Louis Quintana was putting in to this. I have had my hands full in getting Doug to work with his contractor to provide clear and concise conversation on what is needed. Yesterday late morning, I received a list of 4 or 5 things Carole was requesting. I went back to the notes of our call on June 13 and most all of these were answered in that mail. I went back to Doug and here is the one thing that is needed to close the issue:
The OODEP forms for GNF-A and GNF-H/GNF, dated May 8, 2018, did not include all the positions which were identified on the June 2017 OODEPs. Updated OODEPs to include these positions were requested from GNF-A and GNF-H/GNF and the response received was that several positions and people left and were not replaced. The positions which are no longer identified on the 2018 OODEP include, for GNF-H: (1)
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer; (2) Chief Counsel and Secretary; and (3) one individual who was a member of the Governing Board; and for GNF-A: (1)
Plant/Facility Manager; (2) Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer; (3) Chief Counsel and Secretary; and two individuals who also served as Governing Board Members. This is to ascertain that no individual(s) is performing the duties regarding financial/money matters; legal matters; and/or facility manager duties for GNF-H and GNF-A. The updated OODEP for GNF-A should identify Mr. Jonathan A. Rohner, who is identified as having the responsibility for the Delegation of Authority regarding security protection matters for Mr. Vexler.
This is referring to Attachment 1 of SPM-036 dated June 13. So, long paragraph to identify the need Jonathan Rohner on the OODEP. Let me know if this is going to work for you.
One other thing, do you have any kind of shutdown over the July 4 week?
