Dear Administrative Judges:
In accordance with the Board's Partial Initial Decision issued on April 30, 2015, and the Board's Memorandum and Order issued on October 19, 2017, the Staff submits this monthly status report regarding the progress of its efforts to resolve Contention 1A.
The Staff has undertaken no significant curative activities since the Staff's last update to the Board on July 2, 2018. By Order dated July 19, 2018, in ruling on the Staff's motion dated July 5, 2018, the Board set a schedule for the filing of dispositive motions and responses in this proceeding.
The Staff will update the Board on the status of its efforts to resolve Contention 1A on September 4, 2018, unless otherwise directed by the Board.
