Dear Mr. Batting:
This is in reference to your letter dated June 5, 2018, notifying the NRC that you will conduct radiographic operations at a location not listed on your license for a period in excess of 180 days in the 2018 calendar year. Specifically, your radiographic operations at Delaware City Refinery Corporation, 2000 Wrangle Road, Delaware City, Delaware, will exceed 180 days. Your notification satisfies the requirements of 10 CFR 34. 101(c). No further correspondence on this matter is required.
