Dear Ms. Wylie:
The Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI)1, on behalf of its members, does not object to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission publishing NEI 05-05, Force-on-Force Exercise Controller Responsibilities Guideline, Revision 6.
Furthermore, NEI 05-05, Revision 6 was marked to withhold under 10 CFR 2.390 due to the security related information contained within the document, not as a result of proprietary information.
Upon review of NRC comments, NEI will subsequently remove for member use only from NEI 05-05, Revision 6 before resubmittal to the NRC.
