DECOMMISSIONIONG ACTIVITIES LICENSE NUMBER 50-29273-01

By letter dated June 8, 2018, you provided notification to this office that you had terminated
activities at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, 5th Floor, Building 431, Bremerton, Washington, under
the subject license of 50-29273-01. These notifications were required by License Condition 19.
