They were trying to make sure that we had the information for a GL device that they had received. It does not require registration, but should be in GLTS. I dont know if the distributor has sent us the information or not.
Could you make sure this gets in.

Mr. Powell, As requested, the information that we would need for your XRF device is below:
- 1. Date of receipt
- 2. Name of the Distributor that you received the device from
- 3. Manufacture, Model, Serial #, Isotope, and Activity level of the device
- 4. The name of the person at A Veterans Environmental Technology Services responsible for the device.
- 5. The responsible persons contact information
- 6. Location of where the device will be stored.
- 7. Any documentation that you received from the manufacturer/distributor regarding the transfer of the device to your firm.
You can send this back to me via email in signed pdf letter format.
