Purpose:

Discuss the license amendment request to revise the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Unit 1 Technical Specifications by replacing existing requirements related to operations with a potential for draining the reactor vessel with new requirements on reactor pressure vessel water inventory control with a focus on the proposed technical specifications mark-up.
