Calvert Cliffs Unit Nos. 1 and 2 Technical Specification 5.5.1.c.3 Reference 1 submitted the Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report and Revision 000 of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual, CY-CA-170-301.
We inadvertently failed to attach Revision 001 of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual to Reference 1. Reference 2 requires that all revisions of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual generated during the period of the Radioactive Effluent Release Report be submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission at the same time as the Radioactive Effluent Release Report.
Revision 001 of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual is attached.
