Please note that Items 2 and 3 of your NRC Form 313, Application for Materials License, dated May 31, 2018, specify the name of the applicant as Mountain Cement Company; however, the Wyoming Secretary of State specifies your business entity name as Mountain Cement Company, LLC. Please explain this discrepancy so that we can make sure we are licensing the correct entity.
