- 14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.)
The purpose of the modification is to Exercise Option Year 2 of the contract, thereby extending the period of performance end date from September 29, 2018 to September 29, 2019. The modification also provides incremental funding in the amount of $11,832.00, thereby increasing the total obligated amount from $23,664.00 to $35,496.00.
Period of Performance: 09/30/2016 to 09/29/2019 Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9 A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect .
