VENDOR INSPECTION OF DEVAR INC.
Dear Mr. Tuttle:
This letter documents the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs plan to perform a routine vendor inspection at DEVAR office in Bridgeport, Connecticut to review implementation of your quality assurance program in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 50, Appendix B and 10 CFR Part 21. Specifically, the quality assurance program will be reviewed as it pertains to DEVARs supply of safety-related instruments and controls, circuit boards, electrical panels and services to the U.S. nuclear industry. As discussed previously with you, the inspectors plan to arrive at your Bridgeport, Connecticut facility on Monday, August 20, 2018, and will conduct the inspection through Friday, August 24, 2018. Subsequent to the inspection, a report will be issued and transmitted to you via letter.
