Dear Mr. Mosley:
I am writing to inform you that the content of the information in the route application for transportation of spent nuclear fuel, dated May 17, 2018, has been determined to be complete.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is currently conducting a detailed review of the application and the ability of the proposed route to meet the applicable regulatory requirements.
Our goal is to complete our review of the application within 45 days of the date of this letter.
