I asked Mr. Jawad to call me about his request he emailed me on 6/27/2018. When he called I needed to get clarification about his request. In particular, Troxler 4300 series and 4600 series does not exist in the Sealed Source and Device Registry. I told him that there were individual models listed that start with 43XX but they were an unusual type and wanted to be sure he know what he wanted. He said he didn't need the 4300 models. I told him there was not a 4600 series but there is a 4640 and 4640
-B, which he asked me to put on the license. I asked if he needed additional material amounts since he was adding these models. He said that he didn't need additional material amounts. Wasn't planning to get the units just to have flexibility. I discussed that the CPN
- MC series required to be on a separate line item on the license and what he wanted to be licensed. He said for one unit.
Action Required:
Add additional units to the license.
