The purpose of this meeting is: (1) to discuss the NRC staff's request for additional information (RAI) 9474; (2) NuScale's exemption request from the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix J, "Primary Reactor Containment Leakage Testing for Water-Cooled Power Reactors," and (3) demonstration of NuScale plant's refueling operations
