References 1 and 2 have transmitted copies of Air Products and Chemical, Inc., reports APCI-78-6 and APCI-78-6P to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Subsequently, a meeting was held in Bethesda with your Mr. Dave Lynch and members of the Containment System Branch and Accident Analysis Branch on August 2, 1978. During that meeting questions and comments were directed to Washington Public Power Supply System to be addressed by an addenda to the subject reports. With this letter we are transmitting to you, thirty (30) copies of Addenda 1 to the APCI-78-6P, a proprietary report addressed per 10CFR2.790 by Reference l.
