The enclosed report contains proprietary information originally described in the report NEDE-21472 (Reference 2), and included in NEDE-21730, by necessity, as part of the applications procedure, which the General Electric Company customarily maintains in confidence and withholds from public disclosure. The information has been handled and classified proprietary by General Electric as indicated in the proprietary affidavit submitted with the source document, NEDE-21472 (Reference 2),
