This Appendix and the information sub-mitted with the associated reports NEDE-21472 (Reference 2) and NEDE-21730 (Reference

3) have been handled and classified proprietary by General Electric as indicated in the Proprietary Affidavit submitted with NEDE-21472 (Reference 2), and the. request is hereby made that Appendix A (NEDE-21471P) to NEDO-21471 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR2.790.

The non-proprietary version of -this Appendix was included in NEDO-21471 on the pages corresponding to the pages of the Appendix.
