This report describes the overall Mark II Containment Supporting Program, and includes summary information on all .program activities. The content and status of each task through approximately mid-iMarch, 1978, is pro-vided, as well as ihe relationships among the tasks.

Because of the extensive changes made to this document, the original version, iVED0-21297, issued in May, 1976, is totally superseded by the enclosed Rev. l.

The report has been-prepared in a loose-leaf format; three-ring binders are being prepared and will be forwarded to you in mid-April. The notebook format was selected to facilitate simplified periodic update of the report to reflect progression of the program.
