I want to confirm that the NRC is not requesting consultation on the Wyoming draft agreement application. Mr. Schierman, I attempted several times to access information for review via website as shown on correspondence but was unable to retrieve it.
The correspondence on letter sent to our office was dated 4/25/17, however, it did not reach our office until 5/9/17. My office reviews correspondence in the order received. Therefore, I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused due to what appears to be a delayed response from our office.
Note: My office accepts consultations and correspondence via email. Our mail does not reach our office in a timely manner from administration. Thank you for this consideration.
