Changes to Emergency Plan In accordance with the requirements of 10 CPR 50.54(q), "Emergency plans,"
LaCrosseSolutions, LLC (LS) is submitting changes to the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Emergency Plan. LS is submitting these changes within 30 days of implementation. provides a summary of changes for the Emergency Plan. Attachment 2 provides Revision 37 of the LACBWR ISFSI Emergency Plan. Both attachments are to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CPR 2.390(d).
These changes were made in accordance with 10 CPR 50.54, "Conditions oflicenses,"
