(U) On April 30 , 2018, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security baseline inspection at the Babcock & Wilcox Nuclear Operations Group in Lynchburg. The enclosed inspection report documents the inspection resu lts, wh ich were discussed on April 30 , 2018, with you and members of your staff.

(U) The NRC inspectors did not identify any findings or violations of more than minor significance.

(U) In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (1 O CFR) 2.390 "Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding, " of the NRC's "Rules of Practice ," a copy of the letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC 's Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC 's Agencywide Documents Access and Management Systems (ADAMS) .
