Reed Exam 18-03 Dr. Krahenbuhl, Please confirm, per our discussions, the week of June 25 for your facility retake exams.

We will need all facility documents and applications ASAP. Facility documents required but not limited to: Technical Specifications, Safety Analysis Report, Emergency Plan/Procedures, Security Plan/Procedures, Requalification Plan/Procedures, Administrative Plans/Procedures, Operating Plans/Procedures, and Maintenance Plans/Procedures.

Applications should include NRC Form 398 and NRC Form 396 and please plan to submit those soon for review.

Please let me know if there are any questions/concerns.
