Dr. Krahenbuhl,
Please confirm, per our discussions, the week of June 25 for your facility retake exams.
We will need all facility documentsand applications ASAP. Facility documents required but not limited to: Technical Specifications, Safety Analysis Report, Emergency Plan/Procedures, Security Plan/Procedures, RequalificationPlan/Procedures, Administrative Plans/Procedures, Operating Plans/Procedures, and Maintenance Plans/Procedures.
Applications should include NRC Form 398 and NRC Form 396 and please plan to submit those soon for review.
Please let me know if there are any questions/concerns.
