Good morning Bryan, As we discussed on the phone, I understand that a 60 day implementation is acceptable. Can you please send me an email stating this for my records?
Also, here is the draft wording of the condition of the ANO order:
- 1. Before completion of the proposed transaction, EOI shall provide the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation satisfactory documentary evidence that EAL has obtained the appropriate amount of insurance required of the licensees under 10 CFR Part 140 and 10 CFR Part 50.

Good afternoon Bryan, I am in the process of preparing the conforming amendments for ANO, Units 1 and 2, and Grand Gulf for the Entergy license transfer, which will be issued in draft form with the Orders. I do not believe your application specified an implementation date for these amendments. Thus, Im proposing the following language:
The license amendment is effective as of its date of issuance and shall be implemented within 60 days from the date of issuance.
Please let me know if you need a different implementation period for the draft conforming amendments.
